The storage capacity of Concrete is 500 Million.
And of Metal, Mineral and Fuel is 100 Million.
If you have 5 or less bases your storage capacity is 30 Million.

Resource Optimizer: Resource Optimizer increases Resource production on a Base by 20%
Maximum extension: 5
The resource optimizer only works on that base where it was installed. Every level of a resource-optimizer consumes 99 energy points
For example: A base produces 1,000 concrete per minute. With Level-3-resource-optimizer it would produce 1,600 concrete per minute.
